your company, its goals and vision. Understanding
Dabiz, his world, his creativity and his motivations. Having the
chance to dedicate time to really identify connection points between the two.
Real insights to root your plan on. Real ideas that are true to the protagonist
but at the same time will help you not just do cool things. Do cool things in
the right direction to move your brand from A to B.
Dedicate
enough time to this thinking phase, diving deep, going up but bringing it down. Go where
you don’t use to, having someone like him to work with invites you and even
forces you to go further.
Make sure
this is not a brand event where Dabiz is invited. It must be him in every little
detail. If you take him out and put someone else it shouldn’t work. The same
with your brand. Be specific, be unique.
It took the
shape of a night running clandestine event. It took the shape of a pre-
marathon epic long run, or a running gymkana spiced with signature hot dogs. It
can be a memorable talk about life, challenges, sports and competition; but it
has to have the right merge between the essence of the asset and the identity
of the brand. Pushing the limits.
